Andy was appointed to the Board as a full Governor in 2019. A chartered public finance accountant, Andy has held a career in local government finance for over 30 years and is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Fareham Borough Council. He has previously been a Parent Governor at a local primary school in the past. He serves on the Finance and Resources Committee.
