“At Fareham College, our ethos is to ensure that our students build a full set of skills needed to become employable. We work with our students to provide clear routes to rewarding careers, and our partnerships with employers are vital to this. In turn we want to ensure that we are delivering valuable, industry-based skills into the workforce to help employers achieve their goals” says Andrew Kaye, Principal and Chief Executive at Fareham College. “Our educational vision is parallel to that of Business South, our partnership will further enable us to connect our talent directly with business employers across the region.”
