Luca was appointed to the Board in February 2022. An experienced Executive, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at large multinational companies and investment banks. He has worked in the UK, US and Italy on several capital market and merger and acquisition transactions and developed projects in different sectors including Capital Goods, Retail, Digital Innovation, Culture and Education. He currently serves on the Audit & Risk Committee.
