Hi, I’m Michelle Young, Faculty Director for Health, Science, Education, Sport and Uniformed Public Services at Fareham College. We offer a wide range of courses including full time, part time and higher education courses from Level 2 up to BA (Hons) degree level and Apprenticeships. The huge impact of Coronavirus has demonstrated how crucial NHS and caring roles are and now, more than ever, studying for a career in the health sector means that your skills and contribution are even more valued and appreciated in society.
In September 2020, we are launching a brand new T Level qualification in Education and Childcare which focuses on high-level technical study and work ready skills, providing you with a clear route to skilled employment in education or childcare, higher or degree level Apprenticeships or degree level study at university. I am also responsible for our Access to HE courses where we have excellent success rates, with the vast majority of our Access students progressing onto higher education.
Please contact me at [email protected] for more information.
